Panama is much better now - capacity is back to 35 to 40 vessels per day. The rain situation has been better so far and there shouldn't be any restrictions this year. On Atlanta feasibility: Most Shanghai / HK origin containers mostly come to LA (fastest sailing time) and containers are immediately loaded on to cargo. Shows up in Atlanta in few days. When LA port strike happened, everyone woke up to 'single point failure' risks :-)
